Thorsten and Renee Evans
Lead Pastor
Thorsten and Renee came to Crossroads in 2006 as members in the church. It didn't take long for Crossroads to become home for their growing family. They both quickly plugged in where needed serving in the music and children's ministries.
In 2009, during a Bible study titled Experiencing God, Thorsten felt led to pursue a Master's in Divinity degree while continuing to work full time in Software Development.
In 2014, Pastor Bob Walton resigned as Pastor after a Word from the Lord that his work at Crossroads was finished. His legacy in central Vermont is deep and wide as people both came to Christ and deepened their faith in Jesus during his leadership. Several churches are pastored by those who called Pastor Bob their Pastor.
After a yearlong process to find the next pastor, Crossroads called Thorsten to Pastor in 2015 just after Easter in a bivocational capacity. In July of 2018, Thorsten began serving Crossroads full-time.
Renee serves on the Women's ministry team and is one of our worship leaders. She can also occasionally be found hanging out with the children from time to time.

Jason and Christine Webb
Youth Pastor and Director
Jason and Christine have been involved in ministry in one way or another throughout their marriage. From helping those recently released from prison find stability, serving children/adults with special needs, training people to take care of their bodies through exercise and creating fun environments for children to discover their faith, they serve their Lord and Savior Jesus with all they are.
At a banquet in February of 2018, Pastor Thorsten invited Jason and Christine to participate in the first VBS at Crossroads in some time. After prayerful consideration, they accepted and led the effort.
After the success of the Polar Blast VBS in 2018, Jason and Christine began to serve as the directors of Fertile Ground - our youth and children's ministries.
Jason also serves on the board of elders.

Guy and Colette Page
Worship Leaders/Elder
Guy serves on the board of elders and they serve together as worship leaders at Crossroads. Their service to the kingdom include several board of director positions for Christian ministries in Vermont.
Guy and Colette were married in September of 2012 at Crossroads. Their union was an answer to both of their prayers for a godly spouse.

Bob and Divina Haverick
Elder
Bob and Divina were married at Crossroads in June of 1997. God brought these two together despite them living on opposite sides of the globe.
Bob serves on the board of elders and plays drums most Sundays. He is a master of all things wood and no things electronic. Divina serves joyfully in the nursery. They both love Jesus and make Him known everywhere they go.
